Incorporated in 1987 and rooted in Kerala's thriving rubber belt, Malabar Latex Private Limited has spent nearly four decades perfecting the science of natural rubber latex processing. Operating from our modern centrifuge plant in Thrissur, we manufacture high-grade Centrifuged Natural Rubber Latex conforming to ISI standards.

Every batch undergoes rigorous laboratory testing — DRC, VFA, MST, KOH, TSC, and more — before dispatch. Our facility operates round the clock, maintaining traceability from receipt of raw latex through to packed, tested, and certified output.

Centrifuged Natural Rubber Latex
60% DRC · ISI Certified
High Ammonia (HA) and Low Ammonia (LA) centrifuged latex conforming to IS 5430 standards. Produced from fresh field latex collected from Kerala's rubber-growing regions, with DRC of 60% minimum and VFA not exceeding 0.05.
Skim Crepe Rubber
By-product · 25 kg Bales
Skim crepe recovered from the centrifuging process, packed in 25 kg bales. Available as a secondary product alongside centrifuged latex. Suitable for use in general rubber goods and compounding applications.
Latex Toll Processing
Job Work · Custom Volumes
We offer centrifuge processing of preserved field latex on a job work basis for plantation companies and rubber traders. Customers supply their own latex; we process and return certified centrifuged latex with full quality documentation.
